By using TidyRow you agree to these terms.

The service

TidyRow is a browser-based tool that cleans CSV files: splitting names, formatting phone numbers and emails, removing duplicates and preparing files for import. All processing happens on your own device.

Pricing

Files up to 100 rows can be cleaned and downloaded free.
One file — US$7, one-time. Unlocks the specific file it was bought for, for 24 hours, in the browser where you paid.
30-day pass — US$15, one-time. Unlimited files for 30 days from purchase, in the browser where you paid. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If your paid download fails, the cleaned file is unusable, or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and we will refund you in full.

Your responsibilities

Only process data you are permitted to use.
Check the preview before downloading. Automated cleaning can’t understand every naming convention or number format, so review important files before importing them elsewhere.

Liability

TidyRow is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the file concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
