Frequently asked questions
Why are names in my Shopify order export in one column?
Shopify order exports store Billing Name and Shipping Name as single full-name fields. TidyRow splits them into first and last name so tools like Klaviyo and Mailchimp can personalise emails.
Will TidyRow change my order numbers or prices?
No. Only name, phone and email columns are reformatted. Every other column is kept as it is, apart from trimming stray spaces.
Is it safe to use with customer data?
Yes. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded, so your customers’ details stay on your computer.
